This is an important initiative for our firm because, despite gains at the top of many organizations, women still remain underrepresented at all levels. Only 1 in 4 C-suite executives is a woman, and for every 100 men promoted from entry-level to manager, only 87 women are promoted. Now, women leaders are leaving their companies at higher rates than ever before. To put the scale of the problem in perspective, for every woman at the director level who gets promoted, two women directors are choosing to leave their company. Elyse Flynn Meyer is President & Founder of Prism Global Marketing Solutions, a strategic marketing advisory firm and HubSpot Platinum Partner. She has extensive marketing and sales management experience, specifically in digital and inbound marketing, marketing planning, and sales & marketing alignment. Before founding Prism Global Marketing Solutions, Elyse worked in various industries, ranging from small businesses to Fortune 500 organizations.

Elyse received the 35 Under 35 Entrepreneurs in Arizona Award, 4 Under 40 Marketers in the United States, and 2020 & 2021 Businesswomen to Know in Arizona. In addition, Elyse is part of the Forbes Agency Council and is an active guest blogger for Forbes. She is also the author of the book, "Mastering Inbound Marketing: Your Complete Guide to Building a Results-Driven Inbound Strategy."

Elyse received her  Bachelor of Science in Marketing with a Minor in International Business from The University of Arizona. She has completed various continuing education programs from Northwestern University, Cornell University, Pepperdine University, and most recently, the esteemed 12-month Chief Marketing Officer program at the Columbia Business School.
