Late last month, the American Marketing Association announced the recipients of their annual marketing awards. We are excited to announce that Elyse Meyer, Founder of Prism Global Marketing Solutions, was a recipient of the 2015 American Marketing Association (AMA) 4 Under 40 Marketing Emerging Leaders Award. Elyse received this award at the annual American Marketing Association conference in Austin, TX on September 28, 2015. This award recognizes individuals who have made significant contributions to the field of marketing and its sub-fields while demonstrating sound leadership and a continuing commitment to service.
As the AMA stated, candidates for the 4 Under 40 Marketing Emerging Leaders Award must have a demonstrated commitment to the marketing industry and its advancement; and serve as passionate leaders who have a high potential for collaboration and success. In addition, the AMA selects individuals for this award who lead by example, mentor and motivate others, actively participate in transferring knowledge, and take risks to achieve a desired outcome.
A committee of six volunteers from the AMA’s Marketing Insights and Marketing Advisory Councils reviewed the nominations to determine the recipients for the 2015 awards. Joining Elyse as the other recipients of the award were: Jeff Green, CEO and Co-Founder of The Trade Desk, Inc., Edward Jenkins Chief Communications Officer at the Center for Infectious Disease Research and Mike Seiman, CEO & Chairman of CPXi.
“As a long-time member of the American Marketing Association, and advocate for the organization, I am honored to receive this award. In an industry that is constantly changing, I will continue to strive to mentor and motivate others, and drive innovation across the marketing sector,” said Elyse Meyer, Founder of Prism Global Marketing Solutions.
